That doesn’t require perfection

2020 is almost over, which means many people will be starting their New Year’s Resolutions soon.

According to a 2019 survey by Statista, only 28% of people kept some, most, or all of their New Year’s Resolutions.

If you want to be part of that 28%, I have one helpful tip for you. Never miss twice.

Nobody is perfect, and we all have days where we don’t do something we were supposed to do. Just don’t miss twice in a row. When you have a bad day, make sure it doesn’t turn into two, or three, or four…

Never missing twice in a row won’t guarantee you will succeed at your New Year’s Resolution, but it will give you a fighting chance.
